Frequently Asked Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal or a credit card processed securely through PayPal. Confirm the transaction in your own payment account and keep the receipt with the order number.
Is there a minimum order?
The How It Works page currently states a $500 combined minimum per transaction, while individual items do not have their own minimum quantity. Confirm the checkout total and live rule before submitting an order.
How do I know how many stamps are included?
Read the individual count on the product page. Five books of 20 and one roll of 100 both equal 100 stamps, but their storage and handling differ.
How long does delivery take?
Use the handling and shipping information shown with the order. Keep any tracking or shipping message, but do not rely on a universal delivery time because timing can vary.
How should I inspect an order?
Count the stamps, confirm the design, format, and category, and check for water damage, folds, torn die cuts, or lifted backing. Photograph any problem before using or separating stamps.
Can I authenticate stamps at home?
No home inspection provides definitive authentication. USPS does not publish the methods and security indicators it uses to identify counterfeit postage.
What is the return window?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from confirmed delivery when they remain in the original condition in which they were received.
Who pays return shipping?
The buyer is responsible for return shipping, insurance, and risk of loss while the returned items are in transit.
How is an approved refund paid?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days after the returned items are received.
Do Forever stamps expire?
A valid unused Forever stamp continues to cover the current one-ounce stamped-letter price. Keep unused stamps dry, flat, and protected from heat and moisture.
Where can I check current prices and quantities?
Use the live Shop and product pages. Search snippets, old screenshots, and blog examples may not reflect current inventory.
