Test One Complete Card

Include every insert, seal the envelope, and check weight, dimensions, thickness, flexibility, and address placement. Greeting cards with photos, ribbons, clasps, wax seals, or square envelopes can move outside the ordinary machinable-letter price.

Batch Workflow

  1. Clean and deduplicate the address list.
  2. Print a small test group and proof every field.
  3. Count recipients, then add a modest replacement allowance.
  4. Work in numbered batches and reconcile completed pieces.
  5. Keep returned-mail notes for the next campaign.

Buying 100 stamps is not automatically the same as qualifying for a commercial bulk-mail price.

Sources and Scope

Test one complete sample and confirm whether retail postage or a commercial program fits the actual batch.
