International Forever Stamps

A Global Forever stamp is designed for the current base First-Class Mail International price, but destination, weight, dimensions, contents, and mailing date still determine whether one stamp is enough.

What Global Forever Covers

At the rates effective July 12, 2026, the base price for a qualifying one-ounce international letter or international postcard is $1.75. Global Forever postage follows that category value. It may also cover a qualifying letter to Canada up to two ounces under the applicable rules.

Check the Mailpiece Before Choosing a Design

  • Destination: confirm the country accepts the contents and service.
  • Weight and shape: weigh the complete envelope and measure it.
  • Contents: merchandise and restricted items may require a different service or customs information.
  • Date: international prices and country conditions can change.

A domestic Forever stamp can contribute its current postage value, but it is not the same category as Global Forever. If combining stamps, add their current valid values and make sure the total covers the correct international price.

Choose by Category First

Chrysanthemum, Poinsettia, African Daisy, and Green Succulent are visual designs. The mailing decision comes from the Global Forever category, not the flower shown in the artwork.
